How do I enter a coupon or promotional code?

Go to your RAMP account and follow these steps.

 

  1. Navigate to your account.
    1. If you already have a RAMP account, you can find this by going to the top right of your screen and selecting "My Account". If you don't have an account, go ahead and create an account or start a free trial.
  2. Select the organization in the left-hand panel
  3. Scroll down to "Billing Settings"
  4. Under "Next Invoice" select the small "+ Promotional Code"
  5. Enter the Promotional Code and then select "Add Code"
  6. The promotional/coupon code should apply automatically!

You can also add the promotional code when paying or changing plans.
