How can I add another property? What if I've hit my limit?
We built RAMP for organizations that manage multiple sites, here's how you add more properties.
Within Property Limit Instructions
If you're within the usage limits, you can add multiple properties by following these instructions:
- Navigate to the Properties section in RAMP
- Select the "Add Property" button located in the upper right corner of the page, under the top navigation
- Fill out the Add New Property page. If you have multiple organizations within RAMP, make sure the property is under the correct one.
- Once finished entering info, select "Add Property"
If You've Hit Your Property Limit Instructions
You can either upgrade your plan to the next tier that includes more properties or add them a la carte.
To add more properties a la carte, go to your organization within "My Account" in the top right.
Then select "Buy More" under properties then in the pop-up window adjust it to the amount of properties you'll need. We'll calculate the cost per property, and the new total price (including subscription) for you. Once you confirm changes, you'll be redirected to the customer portal to finish your purchase.
