I've reached my scan limit and need more scans - what do I do?

A few things you can do if you hit your scan limit.

First, you can change the frequency of scanning by bulk or for individual pages to prevent this from happening again.

You can upgrade your RAMP plan to one with more scanning options or purchase more scans. 

To purchase more scans (while keeping your selected plan):

  1. Go to "My Account"
  2. And go to the Organization you would like to purchase more scans for (on the left-hand side of the page)
  3. Locate "Monthly Scanning Quota"
  4. Select "Add". This will open a pop-up with a Monthly Scanning Quota that you can edit. (In batches of 1,000)

  5. Confirm Changes. You'll be redirected to the customer portal to finish your purchase.
