I need to add more users but have reached my limit, how do I add more?

You can also purchase additional users for your existing RAMP plan by going into your organization page under settings, then find the three status bars that outline your Monthly Scanning Quota, Websites, and User limits.

Select "Buy More" under the appropriate category, then adjust to the set amount you'll need. We'll calculate the cost per website or users, and the total price (including subscription) for you. Once you confirm changes, you'll be redirected to the customer portal to finish your purchase.

Additional Users Price Breakdown:

• RAMP Starter and RAMP Advanced plans: $20 per additional user per month
• RAMP Pro and RAMP Pro+: $15 per additional user per month
